38 points and the 3rd quarter is almost over... I think we'll be in the record books by the end of the game

Record for fewest points scored in a playoff game is 54. Can Spurs make it to 55?
The way things are going now, very tough

Yeah right, Manu and Duncan's injury sure prevented us from blowing out the Mavs two days ago.

Pop is a grown man. Not OUR SON. I don't understand these excuses for him.
We have enough talent to beat the Mavs, Pop just hasn't used them well enough to compensate for Manu's loss.

this isn't a case of being shorthanded this is about HEART and Balls.

If Spurs keep this bull up playing without heart and having NO BALLS. I don't ever want to hear Manu being blamed for his game 7 foul in 2006.

Without him, we would have just straight been blown out in game 7 losing by 40 points.

Also Pop is a quitter. I don't want to hear this "message to his team" nonsense. No guts, no glory. him.
    you're an idiot..

I said we have little margin of error under these cir stances..so if Duncan shoots poorly like he has tonight, if Parker plays a horrible game like he has tonight..we have no chance of winning..

Oh well, maybe it was for the best. I don't think the refs calls would have helped us in the end had it been a close game. And, it would have been a heartbreaker had we lost. The quick turnaround would not have been helpful either. So, letting the guys rest and stew for Saurday might be the best thing right now.

Although I can't see the game thanks to commission Stern's decision to give it to NBA Tv (greedy mother f.....), this series has more of the feel of the Hornets series from last year except rather than momentum changing to the side of the home team, it seems to be changing from game to game, majorly. Had to see the Mavs' effort coming after being embarrassed by merely one Spur Monday night, just didn't expect us to slump. Still, I think the next game becomes more of an at ude adjustment for us and I look for Tim to possibly go off and put Dallas front line on the bench.
