What's the excuse for his constant lack of rebounding? He's not tall enough? He's not out there to do that? He's not paid enough?

I don't think he has a nose for rebounds. On top of that, he doesn't play with any noticeable toughness: he's not scrappy. He also spends a lot of time at the three-point line, so he's out of position much of the time. Still, he needs to step it up a notch. He still has a few more notches to go after that, with a little BAM!, but maybe not this year.
