So, as I have not been fortunate enough to watch many Spurs games, would those who have say the following is true:

The Mavs aren't even defending Bonner.
As a Piston, Mo was known for trying very very very very hard, but just not being good enough. Every time he tried to dunk, he fell an inch short. He hit a couple of open 3's. He tried to defend people, but just got blown by, and ultimately did not deserve time over others on the roster based on skill.
He was very popular in Toronto. Surely they'd like him back.

bonner is not a starter in this league. maybe a serviceable 10 man like the celtics scalabrine, but not a starter.

Bonner = scalabrini, jack haley type, and hes our STARTING CENTER.
I am always happy when Bonner gets called for fouls in the hope that he will foul out of the game and put us out of our misery. Everyone else seems to get yanked out of the game when they screw up...not Bonner. What on earth does Pop see in him??
