You know he's coming back...
Word is that he will re-sign with Raptors.
yeah. Let's trade Bonner for him like we did in the begining.
If no sheed, no splitter, then yeah.
how about gregg foster from the pacers???
http://thestar.blogs.com/raptors/2009/04/index.htmlOne name you’re not going to hear for at least five or six weeks, though, is Rasho Nesterovic.
The big fella’s back in Toronto but he’s still under contract to the Indiana Pacers until July 1 and no one connected with the Raptors dare speak his name publicly lest tampering issues develop.
But, trust me on this, he’s very much in the mix.
Foster's got a good contract (~$6 mil) for two more years, and the Pacers are close to making the playoffs. I think they hold onto him.
Rasho's OK, but I doubt he's coming for the minimum.
Foster makes Manu look like Lou Gherig.
No thanks.
wtf no, id rather see POPS!
That does make it sound like Rasho is heading to Toronto. I wouldn't mind him back in SA for a reasonable contract. If the Spurs are going to stick to the 2010 plan, getting Rasho on a one-year contract is a good way to buy time.
If Raptors get Messina, then he'll probably go to Raptors, otherwise he might look at some better team.
Is he better than KT or Bonner at this point(I know that isn't asking much)?
I wouldn't mind Rasho back. I want another twin tower clog the lane defense back in San Antonio. Let's get back to Spurs basketball.
One year deal, LLE.
Would make the defense and offense a little better when Duncan is resting.
^^^ Wow, we agree on something.
He just said that Indiana is history...So we could try and get him back.
re sign Rasho
re sign Nazr
re sign Glen and T-mass
I had a dream that Ginobili's hair was long again. 2005 all over again.![]()
For a small contract he would a good adition (1 year contract)... But as said, it is hard to imagine that we would take less money to go to a team that is not a championship favourite.
I think that some good offer from one of the big clubs in Europe will be better for him. In $ terms and also in playingtime/role terms.
Raptors? I don't think so...
Let's get Shawnelle Scott and Amal McCaskill back too.
