I hated Michael Jordan. Despised him. Jealousy, fandom, whatever. I hated him with every ounce of my being. But, this is one of the greatest sports commercial campaigns in the history of television commercials.

You and me both. Looking back on it though, I realize how fortunate I was to see the greatest player of all time at his absolute best.

Having said that, I'm more of a sucker for the Mars Blackmon campaign. Takes me back to junior high and high school.

I missed most of the Jordan years but the commercials were catchy. I remember singing that song when I was a kid...even though I didn't know how "Mike" was.
