What woulp Pop and RC's reaction be if Shaq gave them a call and offered his services really cheap? How would Timmy react? (just killing time till next training camp)

Although didn't you think he was kissing up to Phil Jackson and Kobe at the all-star game? Like he wanted to come back? I was listening to him talk about the Kobe/Shaq/LA situation at the All-Star game and, I kept thinking he sounded like he really wanted another ring and thought he could get another in LA.
And listening to Kobe speak, my impression was that Kobe was like, "I'm gonna get my own ring without you."
Afterall, he does have Gasol now.

If it were possible, I actually think I would gamble on the man. He gets alot of media attention on his own, and I think it is something the Spurs really need.
Bottom line Shaq is going somewhere out of Phx.
We know it aint L.A.

just to name a few. He makes all of them instantly better. Shaq has had one of his best years in a while. He still has another year or 2 left.
If Shaq ever came here, I'd be forced to take a vacation from being a Spurs fan until he left. He tries to come across as a goofy puppy dog in the press, but he's trashed his team mates and coaches at every stop. He's sort of a big man version of Jason Kidd, sowing discontent behind the scenes.
I think Duncan would exercise veto power on that one. My impression has always been he's not fond of Shaq.

he was san antonios first true big man even if it was with cole. at this point i think he's chasing championships, not money so i could see him signing for cheap. then we get artest and hold our opponents to 25% sooting and 70 pts a game for an entire season. lol it! i can dream cant i??

this would actually be incredibly awesome...instead of battling till the end over whose number one and who will get their 5th, shaq and duncan should simply join forces and destroy all in their path. lol can you imagine that ? we would be beating the out of teams.
