Isn't that what you would do?
You just said you wouldn't travel to any state with the virus. Whom do you think are on planes?
Make up your mind whether you are goign to be alarmist about the flu or not.
...been privvy to the phone call between President Obama and Vice President Biden as he walked off the set of Today this morning?
Biden would avoid subways, planes after swine flu outbreak
Joe "Short Bus" Biden is turning out to be a real asset, eh?
Isn't that what you would do?
You just said you wouldn't travel to any state with the virus. Whom do you think are on planes?

I'll take Joe saying ridiculous things over a guy that's directly responsible for the death of many American soldiers any day of the week.
I think it's the President and Vice President who need to make up their minds...which, incidentally, was the point of this post. Obama and Napolitano spend yesterday trying to reassure the public there is nothing to be alarmed about and Slow Joe hits morning television with this bit of news that he's advised his family to stay off planes and subways and away from closed rooms such as schools and such...pretty much screwing three or four major industries.
A commercial airline pilot called into our local morning radio program and said his next scheduled flight went from 4 vacant seats to 50, within an hour of the Vice President's appearance.
Personally, I'm with the Vice President on this one, I think we need to close the border with Mexico and discourage travel between states until we have an idea of how widespread this virus is going to be. I'm just not sure the Vice President is with the Vice President on this one...
This is shaping up to be the most amateurish administration since...well, since forever.
There wasn't an al Qaedan on the ticket so, you didn't even have that choice.
this is going to be a long 8 years, huh yoni?
What radio station do you work for?A commercial airline pilot called into our local morning radio program and said his next scheduled flight went from 4 vacant seats to 50, within an hour of the Vice President's appearance.
When they invade a country and overthrow a government with no plan what to do next, we can talk about amateurism. This is shaping up to be the most amateurish administration since...well, since forever.
I don't. "Our" as in the town in which I reside's local radio station.
Kind of what they're doing to America.
how are they doing it, yoni?
No, exactly what Bush did in Iraq.
I know you don't really believe in democracy, but you can choke on it now.
Possibly but, I'm betting America's patience wears out before then.
For instance, we bailed out Chrysler so they wouldn't have to file for bankruptcy...and, look what happened today.
Obama claims he's created or saved 150,000 jobs. Where?
3.4 Trillion dollar budget...
12 Trillion dollars in deficits if he gets everything he wants...
What happened to all the "shovel-ready" projects he was going to ramp up?
This guy's more full of lies than Bill Clinton.
Democracy?
What Obama and company have done to the financial sector and automobile industry is the very definition of fascism. Privately owned - government controlled.
Nah. They ran out of patience with the Republicans. They ed up so badly, Obama will probably sail through both terms easily.
This guy's more full of lies than Bill Clinton.
Bush lied. People died.
Well, how do you get to the point where the President of the United States can take over a car company, fire the executive, give 40 percent of the common stock to a union that owned only 10% and 10% to common stockolders that previously owned 55% and keep the rest for yourself?
Where is that in the cons ution?
You guys really need to get together once and for all and decide whether Obama is a socialist or a fascist.
You have no idea what you are talking about.
Bush lied. People died.
Kind of like Jimmy Carter, right?
Richard Nixon was reviled by both sides of the aisle and more Americans than you would ever hoped would hate George Bush. Jimmy Carter ed that up in short order...
That's okay, just ignore history...Obama is.
That's the proposal made by the GM executives. Take it up with them, dumbass.
His policies can be both...
His health care proposal is socialist.
you shouldn't bet considering your recent streak.
he told them what would happen in the beginning. For instance, we bailed out Chrysler so they wouldn't have to file for bankruptcy...and, look what happened today.
he saved more than that. you don't know how business works.Obama claims he's created or saved 150,000 jobs. Where?
for now.3.4 Trillion dollar budget...
recent history suggests he'll get what he wants.12 Trillion dollars in deficits if he gets everything he wants...
he didn't realize the enormous pile of the other guy left. What happened to all the "shovel-ready" projects he was going to ramp up?
....and W....and cheney....and gonzales....and rummy.....and scooter...This guy's more full of lies than Bill Clinton.
Nah. Obama's doing fine.
You're the one ignoring the entire eight years preceding the Obama presidency.
I don't blame you, it's got to be embarrassing to have carried their water that long.
So was Bush's prescription giveaway.
Yep, and his support of the first bailout. But, that's what he gets for reaching across the aisle.
I'm not the least bit embarrassed.
You'd better save your breath for the next 4. It's going to be a wild ride.
you'll be riding alone.
The bailout was his administration's idea.
