Ron-Ron took a subtle shot at Kobe, saying Brandon Roy's the best player he's faced because he's the only one who's scored 40 on him. Watch Kobe drop 50 in game 1 now...
Maybe that's what Artest is looking for, Kobe going Kobe like and forgetting to play team ball.

Stop being so insecure Faker fans.

It's like Spurs fans being insecure about the Phoenix Suns. That ain't goina happen and Lakers are clearly a superior team so why not just enjoy the series. Hopefully Houston doesn't get swept..

I'm just playing with the Rocket fans here. I'm actually very happy for them that they got out of the 1st round, especially Yao Ming. He's been trapped with that useless hole of a player T-Mac for far too long.

HOU is a good team and they will give the Lakers all they can handle. Nothing is set in stone and no outcome is predetermined. If HOU can play at this level I can see this series going 6-7 games.

I refuse to believe that Battier+Artest will continue to allow Kobe to shoot +50% from the field for an entire series. The Lakers will need their post players to step it up big time and for the defense to lock down.
good post. the lakers will most likely WIN this series, but the rockets played well despite the neutralization of yao ming. i think they will challenge the lakers more than people expect.

Congrats to the people in H-town. I just feel bad that Artest had to open his mouth. Therefore, waking up the Black Mamba.

Oh be careful what you wish for mother ers. Don't wake the sleeping giant.

The Fakers problems won't begin till the next series against Denver. Then it gets worse when you get whipped by Cleveland. Ouch, that'll be 3 Finals defeats in the last, what, 5 years? Oh man that'll smart!!! The Los Angeles Suicide Hotllne better double up on volunteers because it'll get nasty!

Little cross-dressing transvite girlieboy, it appears you are the only insecure one around here. Don't worry though, your Fakers will beat Houston. The problems start to mount with Denver and Cleveland.

Well they won't meet the Cavs unless they can get by the Nuggets. But, the games will be played in Denver and LaLa Land and if the Fakers get lucky or David Stern wills a Faker victory, then the Finals will be played in LaLa Land and Cleveland.

The Fakers swept the Nuggets last season, and they won't get beaten by the nuggets in this season either. It's even more certain than last season that the Fakers won't get beaten by Nuggets this season...

It doesn't really matter because the Cavs will mop the floor with the Fakers. It is already set in stone as King Stern will crown King LeBron the King of the NBA.

Ha, ha, this coming from a LaLa Faker fan in a SpursTalk forum. Talk about losers...the LA Fakers losing twice in the past 5 years in the NBA Finals. Too damn funny.

I'd rather have my team lose in the Finals than get bounced out of the 1st round by the Dallas Mavericks. I can say that with 100% certainty.

And I love how all of a sudden LAL can't beat CLE when they've already done so twice this season. Wake up people, the only thing stopping LAL from a championship is themselves. If they play to their potential and stay healthy nobody in this league can keep up.
