We will see soon.
Good job. Go find us the next Scola and Splitter.
We will see soon.
WTF is this nonsense? PAO won Greek Cup. PAO will play in Euroleague finals against CSKA. PAO is already advance to round two of Greek playoffs. WTF are you talking about?
Don't blame him and 99% of the basketball population for not giving a .
stop it. you started this garbage last year and nothing came of it.
PAO won the Greek cup this year. They play Euroleague final tomorrow. They are in middle of Greek league playoffs right now. Your posts do not even make sense. Besides I doubt Spanoulis would even go to Spurs now. He will not want a team in decline like Spurs.
Maybe there's still hope for Pop yet.Jonathan Givony: When you’re watching games like these, are you still looking at them from the eyes of a coach? Seeing the stuff they run and trying to pick up a few things here and there?
Gregg Popovich: Oh sure. I’m much more anal in that sense. In this game for example I saw a great out of bounds play that I’m going to steal for sure. I like to see how different coaches manage the game. How they sub. What they’re doing offensively and defensively. There is always something you can learn. If you think there is nothing else to learn, than you better retire.
Um.. it is normal. He is basically as a scout there among others. Why give good information out in to the public.
And trade him to us..

I figured I would put this in here instead of starting a different thread:
3rd Place:
Regal FC Barcelona 95
Olympiacos 79
http://www.euroleague.net/main/resul...t?gamecode=187Regal FC Barcelona finished the 2008-09 Euroleague Basketball season in third place after cruising to a 79-95 victory over Olympiacos Piraeus at o2 World in Berlin. In a fast-paced and entertaining game, Barcelona led from start to finish, pulling away with a 0-15 charge that bridged the first and second periods, as it held the Reds without a basket for nearly seven minutes. David Andersen scored 20 to pace Barca, which finished the season with 18 wins – more than any team in the Euroleague this season. Juan Carlos Navarro and Jaka Lakovic added 14 apiece for the winners and Daniel Santiago scored 10. Lakovic also dished 5 steals. Lynn Greer led Olympiacos with 19 points, Ioannis Bourousis posted 17 points and 9 rebounds, Nikola Vujcic finished with 12 and Zoran Erceg had 11.
Ocotillo was making a joke about the Kentucky Derby, which is one of three major horse races. When one horse wins all 3, it's called a triple crown.
kill bill isn't even greek.
ignore the troll.
And then let him go
ing Panathinaikos.![]()
Pana by 2.
CSKA nearly made it back from 23 down in the 3rd.
Pop must have loved that brick from Spanoulis with less than 2'!
Good game though.
Two well coached teams.
Summers, he's a fake Greek that let slip his Houston Comcast IP address, and refuses to drop the charade.
PAO wins and Spanoulis is MVP. What say you now?
That you should quit typing like a moron.
They just won the Euro le?![]()
Greek media,
After Euroleague final four Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, and LA Lakers are rumor to have offered Spanoulis contracts
But this would also be bitter sweet if PAO lose him![]()
That you're not from Greece
What you SHOULD have bolded was the word "rumors." It's freaking Greek papers...They'd rumor that Elvis and Tupac were seen playing poker in Athens...come on dude...give it a rest. What the is LA going to do with him? With Bynum and Gasol, there's not enough room on that team to pay him what he's going to want. He'd be horrible in GS..the style is completely horrible for him. Same with the Knicks...
I agree 100% with you my friend, but to be honest I think he would be a nice back PG for our team. I am Greek, and I have followed Spanoulis's career since he was in Marousi, the first small market team to make it to the Greek league finals. That's pretty big, the only other team that has done that (at the time other the big3), and its not exactly a small marker team, was PAOK under the leadership of Peja.
Even though Spanoulis is not Peja, he could be an impact player off the bench for us. And to be honest, spurs are maybe the only NBA team, that Spanoulis can some success with.
I thought we weren't drafting any more international players after the Scola and Splitter stunts?
