People hate the Lakers because they have the same thing the Yankees do. They have a sense of en lement. They're also arrogant. The Lakers act like they deserve a championship or that a championship is owed to them because they're the Lakers.

I think the original poster wanted to know why everyone hates the Lakers.
Answers:
1) Kobe is arrogant phony who will never be anything but a Jordan imposter. Americans hate copycats and the real Jordan did it better.
2) Laker fans tend to be bandwagon fans who actually dont live in L.A. but just gravitate to the most popular team. Many of you were actually Bulls fans in the 90s.
3) Sasha Vujacic is a little

Kobe is the A-rod of basketball. A phony who cares only about himself, but hides behind "compe iveness" and "will to win" as excuses for being such a jerk. He's playing only for himself but pretends to care about team concepts...
Yeah, A-Rod gets a lot of the same comparisons (the silly phony facade they put up) but I never quite understood it. I dont follow baseball as much so Im not as familiar with his demeanor.
actually i like Los Angeles, it has its bad aspects but overall its always been one of my favorite places in the whole world. i dont hate the Lakers either. they have a very good team that paid their dues and was put together over time piece by piece(with the exception of the gasol fallacy). the one thing that bothers me though is that due to them being who they are, they do get alot of breaks that other teams do not get.
