Alright kids, i know i haven't been posting here a lot lately, and I know you guys are counting the Mavs out But this series is JUST STARTING!!!

I'm just getting warmed up, Refreshed and rejuvenated the Dallas Mavericks will play with the heart of a champion and put on a Herculean effort in front of the Dallas faithful. With the boys in blue playing their hearts out and with the 6th man AAC crowd giving it their all making Dallas on earth for Denver there is NO chance for a Nugget victory.

    WE CAN DO THIS!!!

Mavs win, and they get some breathing room. If they blowout the Nuggets, it's a whole new series.

I'm not convinced the Nuggets are THAT superior to the Mavs...more of HCA than anything.

If the Mavs lose, it's time to start getting the vacation gear down from the attic.

    Should be a great game.

    Mavs by 12.

If Howard is out we have a shot, only if Carlisle gives Green 40+ minutes.

Honestly this entire season should've been an audition for Gerald Green anyway.

Just imagine, if Donnie and Mark hadn't STUPIDLY made the Kidd trade, then STUPIDLY made the playoffs last year, we would have:

    Devin Harris
    Gerald Green
    Nicholas Batum
    Anthony Randolph
    Dirk Nowitzki
    Shawne Williams

and STILL Jet/Howard/Dampier/Stackhouse as trade assets

That's a young athletic team that's competing for a le in 2-3 years. But hey, an aging mediocre team with no future is what Cuban and Nelson wanted!

    IF??????

NO, there is no if. I've always said there are three things in life that you can always count on, and now im gonna add a 4th.

Death, taxes, Rockets bowing out in humiliating fashion in the playoffs and.......

The Dallas Mavericks winning playoff games at home. Nobody is coming into our house and escaping with a win. There's a reason Nuggets have home court because they will need EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM

No offense, but i want the Mavs to lose. I don't want them to lose because I don't like them, I actually like the mavs a bit. I like Dirk's game. But, they're going to lose this series anyways, so why even bother? Just save everybody a whole lot of time and take a dive in game 3.

Should the Spurs have taken a dive after the first 2 games v NOLA last year?

My Mavs never ing quit, and never have quit and never WILL quit. It's not in our ing DNA.

We beat the Spurs so bad in game 3 they considered taking one of their les away as a consequence

That's a bad comparison. The Spurs were the better team. It isn't as though the Mavs are giving them a real fight here. And they aren't the better team.

Hey look, I support a fan who really loves their team. But I just don't want this thing to be extended to five games. There is no use really. Good luck though. You'll need the bench to show up.

Yes, in retrospect, the Spurs were the better team.

But they lost the first two games by 18 and 19 points

and went 1-2 in the last 3 regular season meetings losing by 25 points and 24 points. They didn't LOOK like the better team AT THE TIME.

So they were 2-4 at that point againts the Hornets with 4 losses by 18+ points, needing to win 4 out of 5.

    But they did it.

Just as our ing Mavs will do it, backdoor ing SWEEP baby.

The Spurs were better in that they were the more experienced team, and they had that veteran mentality.

Mavs have no Mo-Jo, they are also jinxed by talking about the Lakers way before they was even done with the Spurs. and they have a curse after MavTalk managed to run everyone off their site.

    do the math!

Actually I think the curse that currently surrounds Dallas sports originates with Jerry Jones. If you remove him from the city the Cowboys, Mavericks and possibly even the Rangers will have much more success.
