If TMac would've kept his jinx aura away from the team everything would've been fine. Even if Yao's foot issues started in game 1, you know TMac was at home hating, spreading his hate aura.
That's really a shame for Yao and for Rockets fans.

Damn. First Deke, then Yao. At least the Spurs fans knew their season was over before the playoffs started. It'll be interesting to see if they roll over or play loose. The Rockets have a coach that has plenty of plays for the personnel that's left. I wouldn't be shocked if they went out there and dropped some points on LA.
Yao and T Mac every year, you can count on one getting hurt or both! It's just thing those two suffer every year.

Very devastating but what can you do? Injuries are part of the game. Though I always thought LA would win the series, I thought the Rockets could win at least another game.
It's not looking good at the moment but I hope that the Rockets go down fighting....good luck!

This sucks bad for Yao. I hate the Rockets, but was hoping they would smash the Lakers. Yao is hard not to root for and he is a warrior. I hope he can get/stay healthy.

Damn that sucks..Im kind of mad actually, i hate when these bull injuries happen even though Yao gets injured every year..Lakers need to capitalize now & not think they're guaranteed a win tomorrow..Knowing them though, they'll play lazier with Yao out but hopefully I'm wrong..Rocket fans must be extremely frustrated at this point with T-Mac & Yao's injuries.

Man...This guy just can't catch a break. I dunno, he has all the tools to put together a Hall of Fame career, but the pressure his joints take may just prevent that. He's the modern-day of Bill Walton.
Second series where the Lakers won't be facing a true playoff team...here's to hoping that nothing horrible happens to Melo or Billups.

Yao is indeed injury prone, I hope he gets well and stays healthy next year....I would however look for a more durable player to focus the team around and move Yao to a more complimentary role.
