I know with relative certainty that Cuban has cheated on his wife, and they have had serious problems because of it. I know a few of the Mavs dancers very well...

Agreed. Cuban acted out of line, David Stern was simply following a rule that has been in the NBA rulebook for a very long time. NOT the same thing.
