...and a fat snake, at that.![]()
you guys are letting you emotions and personal feelings towards him cloud your judgement, put him on the court with duncan and watch them rape the nba and im sure you will come around.
...and a fat snake, at that.![]()
Rodney's posting style reminds me of SOemoI'mDead. Good times.
As for Shaq, I hate the fat . Thankfully I don't think San Antonio is a big enough media market for his ego to seriously consider coming to play here.
I subscribe to the previously mentioned theory that he really wants back in LA, probably equal parts because they'd have a real chance at a ring and because it would kick Kobe's legacy in the balls if they suddenly won with Shaq returning.
In one word he would say -NO!!!!!!
In two words he would say - NO!!!!!!!!
He'd help us but I do NOT want him on the team. He's a ing . I have no respect for his classless fatass.
If Shaq came calling.....
answer with the following, "Thank you for calling Krispy Creme, may I help you?"
We have mother ing Matt Bonner as our starting Center. Jesus, of course I would take Shaq
Shaq is misunderstood. I think he's a pretty decent guy. Even so, he's old, fat, and slow. He did so much for Phoenix this year, oh wait, that's right, they didn't make the freakin playoffs with two hall of fame players.
What do you mean by "two hall of fame players"? You could put a team consisting entirely of Hall of Fame players but that doesn't mean they make the Playoffs.. Could Barkley and Magic team and make the playoffs? Shaq is a great player, he showed he still can perform at a high level and if he came cheap the Spurs would be foolish not to take him over Bonnar/KT/Oberto Having said that, he doesn't want another ring bad enough to give up serious money..no superstar including Duncan is willing to do that.
A trade of Shaq for Bonner, Thomas, Oberto, Bowen and Mason works...
Not really Shaq's fault.
I would take Shaq in a heartbeat. Make the most of Duncan still being an elite player and surround him with the best players you can to help win more rings. The Spurs window is still open.
I've always wondered how a Duncan and Shaq frontline would go. I mean come on, Matt Bonner is our starting big man alongside Tim. That's just flat out unfair on Timmy.
1. Shaq + Duncan = best pair in the NBA.
2. Matt Bonner is our starting C, it can't get worse
3. Why do you give a if he has a big ego? Are we just gonna wind down Duncan's career with matt freakin' bonner?
I don't think I could do it. Cheering for Shaq is like trying to root for the Lakers. He's just been the enemy one too many times.
Then again, I never thought I could cheer for Robert Horry after Houston and LA either. If he were able to come in and contribute, I bet he'd turn a few opinions...
And as incredibly well as Shaq and Duncan seem to get along...I bet Tim would still appreciate the damn help in the post that he's not getting from the Wacky Hairdo Crew.
+1
I'd rather see Tim Duncan in purple & gold than see Snaq in silver & black.
Shaq will finish with Orlando by the side of Dwight Howard before he buys the Magic upon his retirement.
He will go east and ride lebrons coat tails...thats what shaq does
I am with you. Call it a hunch but somehow, someway, I think it's a possibility. If the NBA, especially Stern, has taught us anything, it's anything is possible. Don't believe me? The state of the economy is not at it's best, this we know. The NBA is continoulsy re-structuring itself financially to accomodate more fans, this we know. Maybe not Spurs fan, but a Kobe-Shaq reunion would be like a traveling circusnot to mention the drama (even many hypocrites claim they don't like drama) it would create especially in L.A.
Kobe would go along with it. Like I said, anything is possible.
Wow. Just Wow!
, I'd love to see Timmy in Purple and Gold.
Shaq is a awesome dude....
Kobe is a ....
You're crazy.
Secondly, we are giving heavy minutes to MATT BONNER. After bonn Bonn, it's KT. There's nothing wrong with KT as a reserve, and the same for Bonner in short bursts. There's no guarantee in Drew Gooden returning, and he isn't exactly the sort of presence on the block that is reassuring on a nightly basis. Furthermore, they are all a bit too small for my liking. I don't see many options as good as these out there at the C position, and it's worth the gamble if the opportunity presents itself with the sort of window the G.P.F.O.A.T has left.

I'd tell him to go himself besides hating his guts he's done.
