Dirk's defense went down the ter for most of this season though without Avery on his ass. And yes he could use to attack more instead of fading away though I'm probably immune to his sometimes poor shot selection b/c he plays with Smokey who has no basketball brain.

Otherwise he was a beast against Denver and deserves a better supporting cast.

Dirk is great player and I feel bad I can't like him because I just can't like the mavs because I hate Mark Cuban, but I actually don't think I would want Dirk on the Nets if they could get him, unless he changes the way he makes baskets. I only watch when Mavs are on abc, espn, or tnt and he seems to only do the same kind of shots each time, it get kind of boring I like when players switch it up. Still a great player. I think I might need to buy his jersey just because I respect him
