That's what I said earlier but got laughed off the board.
I like big guys dominating the middle, and since we HAVE TO find Yao a backup, I would try to trade Mcgrady for Shaq...However, Rockets GM Daryl Morey talked about picking up another scorer in the offseason, probably a 2 guard. A sick lineup:
Brooks/Lowry
Artest/Wafer
Battier/
Scola/Landry
Yao/Shaq
Rest Yao some games, then start Shaq
That's what I said earlier but got laughed off the board.
Other players I like: Danny Granger, Al Thorton, Chris Kaman, Jamal Crawford, Ben Gordon, a Healthy Mcgrady (oxymoron), Kevin Martin, Mike Bibby (even though we are set a PG)
Because can you imagine Shaq's ego allowing him to be a "back-up" no matter who it is he's backing up?
Yeah, that definitely would be a problem, however, if he really wants another ring, then he should back up
lol Shaq and Yao would be playing a some at the same time. But it would be lane clogging shot blocking frontline. That would be us trying to out physical other team like the Jazz. We could take em out for a smallball speed lineup.
T-Mac's value is at an all-time low, particularly because of Houston's playoff success without him so far. The Rocket's would probably be lucky to get expiring contracts for him. However, I think a possibility might be something like T-Mac for Kirk Hinrich and Brad Miller.
yeah right. Dennis Lindsey doesn't work for any of their teams.
I want a bag of potato chips for gm7.
Why on earth would PHX do that trade?
If the Rockets are going to unload a broken TMac on a bloated expiring contract, they are going to have to take back contracts that extend beyond 2010.
Expect the Spurs to trade Splitter for T-Mac
the rumor was t-mac to the knicks. i wonder what they would give up. that looks doable
