I just continue to be shocked that redraiderinkorea and bleedO&B are ostensibly independent adults. People in their 30's don't act like that. People in their 20's don't act like that. High school students don't act like that. Preteens don't act like that.

Now usually when people in their 30's have the mental states of 9-year-olds, they have to be cared for by others -- they need to be cared for by others. What happened to the parents of these two? Did they abandon them? Are they dead? Why hasn't society stood in the gap? Aren't social services supposed to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen? How did these two fall through the cracks? What a sad commentary on society.

Did these two really gain admission to accredited universities? Seriously? Was that some sort of cruel joke? After the fourth or fifth time bleedO&B got caught abusing himself in the John Peace Library, shouldn't authorities have figured out maybe college wasn't for him? Don't you realize he doesn't understand it when the professor kicks him out of class because he is eating glue? Do you think he likes it when people stare at him running down the hall when he doesn't quite make it to the bathroom?

It's as though people have no compassion on the afflicted anymore.
