Denver let up in the second quarter... but they are where they wanna be.

LA's bigs were in foul trouble, but that isn't surprising..Lakers non-shooters were making 3s, Denver forgot their best player for most of the quarter, horrible unforced decisions, missed around 10 free throws, missed 3 easy layups..
I think they're in good shape..they're just a much more stable team when Billups is on the floor, and the ball is going through Anthony..

Lakers up by 1 even though the refs tried their hardest to keep Denver with the lead. I'll take it.

the calls were bad on both sides, but LA got a few more calls..refs haven't been biased, just bad..it hasn't helped either team..

Nice job by LA to get back in it, but they still have to be concerned with the effort. They can't rely on 18 per half from Kobe to keep them in games.
You know for a fact ESPN LOVES the Lakers...because come on now...how is Magic ing Johnson...a former Laker and currently with the Laker front office, allowed to give ANY insight on ANY Laker game. It would be like ing Pop being on the panel of guys talking about a Spurs game at half.

DEN should be up big with the way LAL has been playing. Our bigs are non existent and Fisher is like 1/50 with numerous TO's. They haven't capitalized on the Lakers sloppy play and it could hurt them in the 2nd half if the Lakers wake up.
I like how Melo gets a T for saying something, but Kobe is allowed to jump up and down, screaming like a 5 y/o.
