I think former Vice President Cheney adequately dissembled President Obama's arguments in his speech to the AEI, and in half the time it took Obama to make them.

I thought it was funny that President Obama (and by President Obama I mean, of course, his teleprompter) spent the bulk of his speech blaming the previous administration for his "predicament" and then said, he would leave the job of looking at history to others in Congress and the Judiciary.
