in the vid they asked Jameer Nelson regarding his announcement, and he said he may come back in 2 weeks.
He said he heals much faster than the typical human being, but he's not going to do anything stupid, either.

I bet he'll try to play but who knows how effective he'll actually be. I'm glad he's getting healthier though.
It must hurt not being able to take part in the fruits of something he helped build.
I feel so bad for him. He was an up and coming all star, and he was having a career high year and really brought the magic to a new level, and now he can only watch
If the finals matchup is between Lakers and Magic, Nelson could really come in handy against Fischer.
The only thing I might fear is Nelson's possible rust and lack of cohesion with the team at such a critical juncture in their run. I know it would suck for him to sit out, but they have to approach the situation cautiously IMO.

orlando is definitely better with him though.. but i dont think he should risk it.
