I say we beat the out of them in Arlington!!!!!

It better be a sweep with each game decided by 10 runs or more!

Could happen. Tigers have been awful in the second halves of seasons the last couple years. But, we're happy they're playing pretty well right now, especially considering both Ordonez and Carlos Guillen have been either hurt or horrible when they do play. The most impressive part of this sweep was the way the Tigers pitchers were able to handle Kinsler and Young for the most part. Texas should pick it up again soon. Their hitters are too good. Josh Hamilton should help balance out the middle of the line-up when he gets healthy too.

It'll be typical Ranger luck for them to make the playoffs but wind up drawing the Tigers. And then another sweep out of the playoffs.

reverse jinx..nice. I have a good feeling about the Rangers this year. only thing I was worried about was starting pitching..but they're silencing me...at least until the last few games.

Why does my fantasy baseball owner mind always fall for the old "That guy raked after a mid-season call up the year before and he's going to rake again" thing every time?

Padilla to DL and Holland will start tomorrow vs Houston

Padilla was pitching well, to bad it had to be him that went to the DL. Wouldnt be surprised if more Rangers starters hit the DL due to there increased pitch counts this year. I know it looks good on paper to have the starters going furhter into games but for those who arent used to it, the DL will probably be filled as the season goes on

Anyways, sorry Stros fans but Holland will be shutting your asses down tomorrow night

Great, so now I see the Rangers pitching going against semi hot hitting in Houston.

Could be seeing some 12 to 10 games here this weekend.

Hope Hammer is ready to go for this weekend, and hope that the Rangers pitching can pitch better than normal.

Got Paulino tommarow, Hampton on sunday, Don't know who for Houston on saturday.

    Oh well.

What? You must not have watched the games. The pitching was good, not once did they give up a ton of runs. They just got Willis, Verlander, and Jackson on days where their stuff was filthy. The pitching was still there although not quite as dominant but the hitting didn't get the job done.

The Rangers are the permanent owners of the coveted Silver Boot. Playing the games is nothing more than a formality.

Bounce Back. That's a big thing this year's Rangers have over previous years. Before, that sweep in Detroit would have turned into 5 or 6 losses in a row.
