Dwayne Wade?
Was Wade in the league in 1979?
Because I've seen this done at least that far back.

I thought Billups said that he would avoid using that play. When he was in Denver during his HS days, he did that, made a dunk, and then looked at his grandma and said "I'm sorry", as his grandma wanted him to play the right way.
I thought Billups was being more of a shooter than a facilitator on that game.
This is like a Cavs fan saying LeBron invented dunking the basketball.
Well, he invented the crab traveling move... give him SOME credit...
Chris Andersen had a nice Dwight Howard block tonight.
And, Ariza had four huge Chris Paul steals as well.
don't forget all the tony parker fast breaks
You were trying to be funny, but those analogies are good lol
I like them
he DID have chris paul type steals
No, the very first time I saw this play, it was a Trailblazers player (can't remember who) did this against a Laker at the forum in 1979.
does anyone have the one with jordan catching the ball when someone tried doing that to him?
So, that's the second time that's happened to Kobe this season. Isn't it ironic that that "Disposable Superstar" article claimed that Chauncey did the same thing before?
when was the first?
who did it to kobe this season? tell me the player so i can hunt for the clip
really?
what player/team tried that on him?
Chris Paul did it, but he didn't score.
play-by-play
05:30 - Chauncey Billups made a lay-up Assist: Kobe Bryant's ass
it was his wizard days, i dont remember the player or team but i remember they made a big deal out of it cause he actually foiled the inbound trick.
jordan tricked antonio davis (or some other raptor) into doing it before
turned around at the last second and caught the ball

What about that Manu flop Kobe had.
I don't care how old/young the message-boarders are here... It has been and forever shall be refered to as 'That Vlade Divac flop ___ had.'
