i dont think you can ask this
I would like to find a place where I can download music for free. This also needs to be user friendly since I'm not very computer literate beyond Microsoft Word and Internet. I really don't like the new version of limewire and deleted it btw. I just downloaded bit torrent as well, if that is of any revelance.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

downloads.nl
you don't even need to download a program
Jamendo is a good place to look for free (and free) music.
I've heard of these types of places, and programs to do this type of thing... but I wouldn't know anything about it.
What.CD is awesome.
You need an invite to join there however.

megadownload.net
pretty much get stuff from megaupload and rapidshare..
copyright laws are bull anyway. The government hates all monopolies except all the ones it creates itself.
Greatest book about the subject ever.
"Against Intellectual Monopoly" published by Cambridge University Press. Available for free online. (they still make money though. Yea, I know, how in does that work?)

Don't forget the newsgroups and our friend in Houston, Mediafire.
Sorry dude, limewire is forwho want virus' and other ! Too many peeps been busted on campus' for downloading as well. EVERYONE looking for P2P on networks! Very easy to spot!!!
You don't get in trouble for down loading you can for distributing it
right, they have changed their legal attack... now going more after distributors rather than downloaders.
I use ares. or mojo when I know someone's username who have an itunes I want to bum off of.
Those pirates have a good bay where they (dot) organize.
