There are a number of guys in the NBA that act like self-aggrandizing fools in big moments or after big shots. It's more than a coincidence that you would point to a Maverick first.

Seriously though, how does J.R. Smith's on-court display of "I wish I wuz a gangsta" have to do with Jason Terry? IMO, Terry's a seeping penis of a person but why bring him or anyone else up in reference to Smith? I think sometimes fans on both sides of the Spurs-Mavs rivalry try too hard.

Have to admit, that made me roll my eyes when he did that. Make the shot and run back down the court. Between Smith and Lebron celebrating, I think the coaches should make them run wind sprints until they puke after the game.

the nuggets wont make it to the finals because of two guys : J.r. Smith and kenyon martin . Kenyon martin has already ed up one game (game 3) , and i can't help myself from thinking that the series wont end without j.r. Smith doing something stupid and costly for his team and contributive to them not winning the series ...

Seems like the only way to punish NBA players is their wallet and in Lebron's case, he's so 'important' that they just have to kiss his ass hoping he won't leave. Smith may be easier to deal with.
