I was just self flagellating my wound (cleaning it) and re-doctoring it and realized that the worst area (there is still a pretty good sized area that is puffy swollen and "white" which ain't good) is starting to get a little hair stubble so the hair follicles didn't get burned off...
life is good!

Thanks for the recommendations. Guadalupe has always been on my list, and Casa Grande is going to have to go there too. I can't believe I haven't been to either of those parks since I was a kid.

WD 40 nor PB Blaster "cleans" parts.
Gas cleans grease and oil off of parts.
All the above stuff does is add more oil, and grease.
