47% overall and 42% from 3 is horrible?
His shooting percentage was horrible LAST year. I think he shot in between 47-49% this year. His offensive efficiency is quite imperssive.
At this point though he's just a scorer, a pretty DAMN good scorer though. The rest will come with time.
47% overall and 42% from 3 is horrible?
I think it was evident from the get-go that you don't know what the you are talking about. But this crap only made it worse.
I dunno about the rest of your list but that's the damn truth right there.![]()
LBJ
Kobe
D-Wade
D12
CP3
Dirk
Melo
B-Roy
Timmy
Paul Pierce
The lack of Yao Ming over the likes of Joe Johnson, Iguadala, and even Carmello is very disturbing.
When Odom plays to his potential, he is Scottie Pippen but better. He is easily a top 10 player in the NBA, maybe even top 5 when at his best. unfortunately that doesn't happen very often. but he is one of the most versatile players ive ever seen.
how so? he is 7'6, and cant do anything consistently other than shoot jumpers. inconsistent defender, inconsistent post scorer, inconsistent rebounder...
Ok CP3 should be there instead of Pierce. I still think Durant is a top 10 player. He's clutch as and shot 48% on a team where he had to create virtually all of his shots.
Everyone talks about Portland being the future of the west but I think OKC's future is brighter.
Brandon Roy and Iguodala do not..I repeat...do NOT belong above Tony Parker...and Nowitzki at number 1? Please tell me you're joking..even as a joke that's an insult.
Agreed. Also the fact he can't stay on the court plays a role.
Iguodala def. does not but Brandon Roy is a different story. If you don't believe me look who made the all NBA 2nd team and look who made the all NBA 3rd team.
Roy >> Parker
Brandon Roy averaged 22.6 points on 16.9 shots
Tony Parker averaged 22.0 points on 17.5 shots
Roy is also the better defender and was by far the best player on a 54 win team.
Parker was the 2nd best (shut up all you Tony Parker groupies Duncan > Parker) player on a 54 win team.
Roy > Parker
lol at whoever said Durant percentages are horrible. 47% and 42% from 3 is incredible for a perimeter player, it's an insane number when you factor in some of the shots he takes.
And the amount of attention the defense gives him because other than Westbrook and Green there's really no other offensive presence on that team. Whoever said his percentages suck are re ed, especially when you compare his percentages to almost all players in their 2nd season.
Lebron
Wade
Kobe
Howard
Parker
Duncan
Nowitzki
Anthony
Paul
Durant
LOL, why don't you stop looking up espn.com for your stats, ing prick.
Yes, he has improved his shooting in the 2nd half of the season.
BUT GUYS, CHECK OUT THE FIRST ING HALF OF THE SEASON! He was horrendous, i had him for fantasy basketball, i should know.
He was mediocre, I gave him credit that he stepped up and has shot better, but first half, he was shooting horrible. He was around 37% i believe. Also he's improving no doubt, but he's not in the top 10 like you guys think he is.
This tells us how much you know basketball![]()
So you're only adding to our argument that he is a top 10 player since his 2nd half surge is a sign of better things to come.
How the is Parker better than Roy?
yes he's improved, but the question is, who is the best right now? not in the future, not 10 years from now.
He just is. End of discussion.![]()
