Tony Parker is horrible, he cant run the point, he has no court vision.
He only scores and his defense is not consistent, Tony Parker, he's the main reason why the Spurs struggle on offense for so many years.

A true point guard reads the game, gets players involved and is a great defender, scoring should be secondary.
TP is not a point guard, he's just a scorer, a damn good one at it.

Don't know about best player, but tbh, Parker has a chance at best PG in the NBA this year with D. Rose out for season.
Westbrook sure as isn't better (wasn't last year either). So the only real compe ion is Chris Paul, D. Will, and Rondo. I could see TP surpassing them if APG isn't your only measuring stick. Parker's better defensively than CP3 and DWill, and a much better scorer than Rondo. Overall package, arguably best right now. At least is in the conversation.
