They are not the undisputed team of the decade. Especially when the Spurs have won three championships. If the Lakers they will get it by an edge.... but barely!
What makes the Spurs run over this past decade all the more impressive is that they are a small-market team. Imagine what they could have done with NY or LA type $$$.
Barely? In 2 weeks Lakers will their 4th championship this decade. They've been to the finals 2 other times and are 4-1 against the Spurs in the playoffs this decade. Nothing "barely" about it.
In the past 10 years the Spurs won 4 Championships, a feat not done by anyone else during those 10 years. The LaLa Land Fakers can also do it if the little girlieboy Fakers can somehow luck out against the Magic.

The Spurs are UNDEFEATED in the Finals, and have won three les since 2003. The Lakers have gotten HUMILIATED twice in the Finals and have ZERO les in that same span. The Spurs did it with less $$$ and less supporting talent than the Lakers. The Lakers are STACKED right now...they are the DEEPEST TEAM in the NBA...if they don't win it all this year, they simply SUCK!!!
