I go to the grocery store with a list of necessities, then I browse for other things to cook. I love cooking and don't want to be limited to a list. I'm not going to limit my culinary experience because of impatient men. That being said, I am always aware of where I am and never block isles because that is annoying.
It's not about impatience, I am talking about common courtesy. Your last sentence was the point I was trying to make. I love cooking too and get what I need, then I browse but not to the detriment of others. Just because I don't like someone being rude doesn't make me impatient.
So is it OK to leave home without knowing what I want, as long as I don't block the isles? It seemed like you were taking issue with those who browse or don't have a list.
Blocking the aisle is my issue. I was voicing the frustration I feel when that happens. Probably could have worded it better.

Yeah, I focused on the wrong part of that. I hate aisle blockers, too. I have all kinds of grocery store issues, seeing as how I worked at one for seven years.
dont worry spurstalk is safe from my hitlist for the most part. Its just work and monday drivers that seem to piss me off on monday. My coworker was being a this morning and it was the icing on the cake.
I worked at the HEB on Grissom for a summer. That sucked!
Now stores have those carts that are plastic and kids can sit inside them...those things are huge and make great roadblocks!
Oh wait....I don't have kids so I can't comment on children in stores!!
My issue is being stuck in the middle of a line behind idiots that either have never used self checkout OR are arguing cause of this coupon being expired or SOMETHING like that.
On the plus side I went to HEB this morning in Round Rock and saw one of the hottest girls working there. I think ill go back tomm to see her again.
