Orlando gets hot sometimes, and when they do, there isn't a damn thing anyone can do about it.

Almost doesn't cut it and it doesn't mean . The Magic won the game. Case closed. There will be no sweep.

Give props to Orlando, they won a game everyone expected them to win.

Now they have to do it 3 more times in the next 4 games.

Most teams that shoot over 60% from the field win in double-digit blowouts. The Lakers, despite that, almost won this game.
Just like the Magic almost won Game 2 and could've been up 2-1? Face it, this is a series that will go seven games, if not six.

If and this is a big if, the Magic come back after being down 0-2 and win this series, would it be more of a chokejob by the Lakers than the Mavs in 2006?
Mavs didn't choke. Made clutch plays in Games 5 that get forgotten due to the worst call in the history of sports.

Even Game 3 was a choke assisted by 1 sided officiating down the stretch.

Iron Mex bro, might as well make the game 5 thread too so we don't get ing jinxed
that's not how it works, if he makes the game 5 thread and the lakers lose game 4, he would have caused the double jinx

    Let's put things in perspective.

The Magic just set an NBA Final's record for best shooting percentage in a game by shooting 63% from the field. They shot 76% in the 1st half. And the game was still up in the air until the bloody end in which Kobe went uncharacteristically 5/10 from the FT line and make a very stupid turnover.

The Magic have not stopped the Laker offense once this entire series. LA has scored over 100 pts in every game. They will likely continue to do so because they are scoring high percentage in the paint shots. The Magic have to rely on outside shots, and I don't care how good an offensive team you are those shots will come and go.

    Perspective for you, House.

If the refs don't miss the basket interference by Gasol on C Lee's shot in the closing seconds of game 2, the magic would have a commanding 2-1 lead right now. You should be thanking the officials right now not acting like your team is unbeatable.

Also, tonight's game showed why Kobe Bryant, as good as he is in the first 3 quarters, is overrated as a closer. He still showed he is still as selfish as ever, wanting to take every bit of the glory for winning the game all the way to the end, even when it was obvious he was out of gas and Odom and Gasol were on fire.

They shot lights out for the whole series against Cleveland. And yes Cleveland are inferior to L.A but the Magic have proven they can stay hot for a whole series.

Sweeps sound cool and great but the fact is their got damn boring. I'm glad the Magic got their win.

Lakers have 2 more chances to get 1, obviously they'll get 1, I just hope this goes 6, 5 games is too short.

They won because they were able to DEFEND Cleveland. They aren't able to stop the Laker's offensive attack as LA has averaged 101.1 ppg thus far.
