The majority of the costs were increases in military spending that are not chronic.
    When will they stop?

So you have no idea when the elevated military spending will stop.

    It's chronic.

It appears to me that the primary reason AHF does not know the details of the plan to pay for universal health care is because there is no plan. Sure, there is a plan to ins ute a tremendously expensive national health insurance program... but none to raise the funds to pay for it.
That's my point. No one knows for sure what the details are so to attack something that doesn't exist is .. you tell me

Because it's going to cost a ton we can't afford already.

So shut up and let the insurance companies continue to run it all for us GGA: this is *the best of all possible worlds*.

That's the point. the reason there are no details is because the government has no freaking idea how to pay for it. The reason they have no freaking idea is because the money isn't there. It will never be there. They can't pay for it. There will never be a detailed plan laid out. They're not going to stand up and say, "We're going to spend a whole bunch of money as fast as we can on cool stuff for our cons uents before our creditors figure out that we're insolvent and stop lending to us."

Would you stop being such a sissy of a lemming?

Military spending is not the problem. Not even close. I would say it's about right. 4% isn't much of the budget for something you find in the cons ution. We need to cut social spending.

    Here's an interesting report:

    The State of the Economy
    before the
    Committee on the Budget
    U.S. House of Representatives
    May 21, 2009

Please notice that initial unemployment claims were on the rise long before President Bush was elected, yet everything is always his fault according to you lemmings. Remember the crying about how bad the economy was? Well, initial unemployment claims were declining, and democrats couldn't have that. The stirred the economic pot with deception, and the fear cause the economy to fall:

Now here, if you notice, the authorized bailout by President Bush still kept us below a 5% deficit. Now look at President Obama's projections, and the updated projections. How much worse will the projections get as we enter into inflation:

    This one is real disturbing:

I told you, I'm not playing your childish game today.
I asked you a simple question.

You said the increase in military spending is not chronic.

It has gone on for seven years now and you yourself can't say when it will stop.

No game. You simply don't know what you are talking about.

You know that I haven't a clue when the increase to 4% of GDP will stop. I hope it stays there. That's why it's a childish game. You want me to keep coming up with things for you to keep asking questions on.

You have a clue what the "Why Game" is? That's how childish you get with your questions.

    Go away you ing troll.

The insurance companies are clearly a problem. But that doesn't make it a good idea to expand the government's role as one. Is it really so horrible to ask our government to figure out how they're going to honor the existing commitments made to medicare and social security before thinking it's a good idea to go out and start making new commitments to millions and millions of new people? Fix medicare, fix social security, balance the budget, pay off the debt and then come talk to me about providing healthcare for everyone else.

So now you have gone from saying it is definitely not chronic to saying you hope it is chronic.

    Yep, Omni Consumer Products.

Doesn't it seem like Detroit is becoming Delta City?

Delta City was a supposed utopia.

How in any way does modern day Detroit resemble Delta City?

Plus in the RoboCop movies Delta City was never actually built. RoboCop always foiled their plans.

Delta City was no Utopia, but that was a promise, like all of Obama's broken promises.

One step at a time. Fine for those who can afford it. Everybody else can just eat **** and die, I guess. It takes whatever it takes.

I'd think you'd be happy he was breaking promises. He's such a liberal that surely a broken promise equals a bad policy not put into place.

Uhm... that chart shows the rise of unemployment occuring AFTER 2000. Assuming the large tick marks are 5 year intervals, and the last largest tick mark was 1997, then you have three more tick marks before the red line. 98, 99, 00.
