supposedly there was also a bomb threat before the flight... but they said that that was "common"...
some of the victims' families have a lawsuit starting against AirFrance. Looks like a possible massive lawsuit.
I haven't looked, but one would think a group would have taken credit for it by now if it's terra.

if it was a terror plot why would they crash it in the middle of the atlantic?
what they are trying to do is deflect attention from their ty planes.
