Cavs should have made the trade this past year. At this point, I think it's too late to bring in Shaq as a main piece.

I agree. It should've been done this year. Shaq's on the down side of his career but I think the chance to get another ring and perhaps even going against Kobe & the Lakers....he would've played like the shaq of old.

Now, I wouldn't want him either now. But on the other hand, he may be motivated to win one more ring than Kobe so......you never know.
