Dont go to Europe then...when i went there a few years ago, holy , almost every country i visited there were people walking around with those annoying ass crocs on, and capris....ahhhhhhhh, capris everywhere! Also, when i went to oahu (waikiki) saw a ton of crocs. I agree though, they are extremely ugly and I'd like to burn every pair i see.
