He's only 33 and about to be run out of combat sports...
Monte is one of the best managers to have as an up and coming fighter but he doesn't do once a fighter makes it. So many seem to leave him.
However I have never heard of a fighter making the claim he got ed over when it comes to dishing out paychecks unlike Ken Pavia who has the worst reputation in MMA from his dwindling pool of fighters. I love reading fighters talk about how they are treated by various orgs and managers on the UG and I never hear anyone say a bad thing about Monte. He just seems like he has a definite ceiling on what he can do with a fighter once they make it

It's amazing how Tim has completely thrown his career away. I highly doubt he's so rich, he can afford to blow the years he has left where he can still fight. So what the is going on with this clown??
He tossed away his future for that Fedor payday...over the life of his career he made things so much worse.
Looks to me like he tossed his future away at the Drive-Thru at Burger King.. The loss to Fedor didn't have to be the end of Tim.
