you know you're country is damn good when you beat the defending World Cup champions by three goals and say that this is one of the worst generations in nation history
:wgaf:
& in a NBA forum?!?
SHouldn't this be somewhere else?

I hope USA and Brazil defeat Spain and South Africa.
And so far on this cup Maicon is the best Brazil player.
Right now, Spain > Brazil
Real American Patriots don't watch a sport full of nothing but Manu Ginobilis, diving in agony over the slightest of contact. Wait, I take that back--Manu can actually take a hit, unlike those sissy divegrass players.
cool story son
the confederations cup is basically for the WC organizing country to do a dress rehearsal, the winner of this tournament has never won the real WC, so i wouldnt read into this tournament at all.
that said... pele is the bill russell of soccer. He won a lot, but he was on stacked teams (NT and club). He was physically exceptional for the time, but not very special today. and even though his achievements say he should be remembered as the best, not even fans of his teams agree (many brazilians think players like Garrincha, Didi, Zico, and jairzinho were better).
anyways i'm argie so i have zero credibility on the subject. Maradona is the best!![]()
EPIC FAIL
Kaka>Robinho
....and it´s not even close.
Yeah..these guys can't take a hit at all. Do you think before you speak? What an idiot.
The devastation.
The agony.

So I guess this guy is soccer's version of Chris Paul?
there are much better examples of flops then the last one. he wasnt faking contact, and it actually can hurt to totally wiff on a shot like that, especially if you are off balance. I dont watch many american sports other than basketball anymore, but I'm sure I've seen baseball and football players injure themselves without any contact from another player.
Yep...Minnesota Twins...Terry Mulholland..scratched his right eye to by rolling over a loose feather in a hotel pillow.
Suck a , ot.
Sorry but lately with the Brazilian NT robinho is more valuable than kaka but of course out of that kaka is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> robinho.
I liked a lot Ramirez (Maicon is doing fine also), I think he is bringing speed and consistency to this Brazilian team.
To me Robinho is the footballing version of Allen Iverson. Alot of style and flash - but not that much substance. Of course he can have his days where he looks like the best player in the world - but those are far an in between.
Kaka is like a prime Tim Duncan. Doesnt necessarily have the flash of Messi or Ronaldo, but he is every bit the player.
Hes the best in the world IMO. Maybe Ronaldo too, with Messi third.
Make no mistake, I also think robinho is a denilson kind of player to stay in soccer analogy but lately for his NT he was one of the best, this is why I said that IMO this generation is one of the weakest so far.
Regarding who is the best I'd put Messi on the number 1 spot then ronaldo/kaka then guys like Iniesta/Ribery/Xavi/Vila etc...
You're already wrong, my friend.USA up 1-0
Go USA !!! I can't stand Spain anyway
Would be a HUGE upset...absolutely enormous...
US WINS DIVEBALL!
What's the point of even having a second half? All games end 1-0 anyway.
This is crazy!
