Send West to the bench...get a 2 guard that is taller than 6'1"....and get a big man that doesn't 100% rely on Lebron to score.

Season ending injuries to the best players on the Lakers, Celtics, Magic, Spurs, Rockets (shouldn't be too much to ask), and Blazers would be a good start.

Super old, but he's crafty (remember we signed Horry and he wasn't a spring chicken), he can still rebound, he is a big man and has a pretty wicked outside game (which I don't think that any of your present big men can match up to).

I have no idea the state of the Cavs cap room. I would assume however that Sheed would be willing (given his advancing years and I'm sure hurting for another ring) to take a slight cut to play for a club with more of a present shot at competing (and it seems the Pistons are tearing it down a bit). Sheed makes like 13 mil a year I think. What are you guys paying Ben Wallace? He made something nuts like 16 mil with the Bulls. You could find a way to cut that salary.

The Cavs are LeBron's team, and since he has gone 3 bird years without being traded, they can go over the salary cap, as high as they want in fact, to sign him

Avoid the 2010 Finals because the Spurs will be there again and you know what happened last time. Maybe wait till 2013 when the Spurs will no longer have Duncan and Pop. But, you can't choke again against the Magic in the EC Finals.

The Cavs have to get rid of their tiny-ass back court with nobody over 6'2. WTF was Ferry thinking getting two point guard sized guys to start a backcourt? Pavlovic is a SF, not a SG.

BigZ, Joe Johnson, Ben Wallace...get rid of two of them to Memphis for Marc Gasol, or Koufos from the Jazz. Too bad the Magic won't give Gortat to the Cavs cuz he'd be perfect.
