    I think Rondo is massively overrated. His jumper is terrible and I don't think he has a hope in the world to fix it. When I watched him play Chicago and he did play well; I just couldn't stop thinking to myself how much better Derek Rose looked doing point guard things. Rondo is a weirdly good at rebounding but a team doesn't need their PG to grab that many rebounds. If they do, then you aren't winning a thing. Rondo's inconsistency is the biggest issue with me. Sometimes he pulls a Lamar Odom and completely vanishes. A few of those Orlando games he was absolutely nowhere to be found.

    ???? Rondo is alot better at the moment, but his ceiling is nowhere near as high as Conley's. And Rondo has basically already hit his ceiling, he isn't going to get any better.

    Rondo is at his ceiling and he's at best a borderline All-Star. Mike Conley's ceiling is a better shooting Tony Parker.

    Rondo is not at his ceiling. He has lots of room for improvement especially with his 3 point shot and shooting off the dribble.

    I think the Jefferson trade may have set off a domino effect by having GM's attempting to shuffle their rosters..
