I think the same thing happened to Melmart a few years back.

Yeah, I was asleep and the er woke me up. I just moved out of that house last month and live alone now and I double check all the locks and stuff now. Not that that helps much, the door was locked when he broke in.

I can't imagine the violation of someone in your home.

I was fortunate in this situation. The babysitter is the one my roommate and I feel the most for since she had to deal with it and it wasn't even her house.

He actually got into your house? How awful! I am sorry that happened to you.

Yeah, he rifled through my medicine cabinet, busted my roommate's door open and was working on my bedroom door when I screamed and he realized someone was home and ran. To this day, my bedroom door in that house doesn't lock properly from when he tried to bang it open. And you can still see cracks in the entry doorframe. Just to make sure you never forget it happened.
