i still dont understand why people panic so quickly?

We never lost the lead in the division, the Angels lost 11-1 last night, and now we are back up to a 1 game lead in the division with a trip to Arizona awaiting

eventhough this team wasnt supposed to truely contend until next year, you dont want to see your team struggle when it has the chance to take hold of the division. Angels are down this year and just put Santana back on the DL. I just cant believe that this teams offense is failing them. If the offense was just 75% of what it was last year and in years past we would be up at least 8 games or so. Its ashame that when the pitching has been as great as it has and our offense cant support it...
