The more important fact is that they did not want their child to endure a trial in the midst of a media circus for child molestation. No parent on earth would want to see their child go through that. Michael had perhaps the best legal team in the world in his defense, and they were not confident they could get a not guilty verdict in that courtroom so they threw money at the family, you are quick to point the finger at the family for taking the money as if they have poor moral values and ethics. Like I said...whatever doubts remain, and there are plenty, are entirely due to the actions of the parants of these kids.

No matter what, money was a major factor for them.

I remember the interview. Jackson preyed on the weak, broke and sick (both medically and socially). These parents barely qualified as human beings. They knowingly pros uted their children to a pedophile. They knew the score, Jackson knew it, too.

They also mentioned they were concerned because of that do entary. The mom was questioned and the entire family insisted that no inappropriate contact with Jackson occurred; also, the mother said that the children were never left alone with Jackson. The case was closed; the charges marked as "unfounded." Afterwards, in November 2003, when there was outside interest in connection with charges against Jackson, a report was made. Sounds like she suddenly realized she could cash in with the first accuser.

I think there is no doubt that Jacko was a pedo. I still can't help but mourn his passing though. His music was incredible.
