Andrew WK is supposed to have a superb live show.
I only watched CN back in the day for DBZ at 11 pm and then a few years later i'd watch sea lab.
that's about it.
o and when they showed reboot at like 4.

Cartoon network changing their name to "the network"

What's even worse trainwreck is that a generation of kids is growing up right now that will not play the original Super Mario Bros. game. The "princess is in another castle" gag dies with us. They won't even know who Zack Morris is either.
you MTV. Thanks for turning the world to by letting Ashton Kutcher have his own show.
wow... you already sound like an old man.
you should have added "get off my lawn" somewhere in there.
Everything is relative... I'm sure old grandparents think most children's programming of the last 40 years is garbage, but I loved early 90's cartoons.
God ing damn it. There was a time when I would rush my ass off the bus every afternoon to catch Dragon Ball Z. There was a time when I would have people over to watch a Toonami lineup that included Yu Yu Hakusho, Mobile Suit Gundam, and Rurouni Kenshin. There was a time where I could still get Loony Toons. And now this. I am, and always have, and always will be, damn proud of what my animation (Jap/Western/Otherwise) upbringing was. Seeing this fills me with an anger I have not felt since the days of Loonatics Unleashed. I'm going to go watch the 90's X-Men cartoon and drink myself un-pissed. Rage, rage, rage.
Classic cartoons is where it is at. 90's cartoons sucked.
90's cartoons did suck, except for Nicktoons, which were pretty decent. Can't hold a candle to 80's cartoons.
You know what? I'm going to dload all those old cartoons and show them to my kid when he's 2 or 3... that way I'll always have someone to joke with.![]()
80's were the dark ages, everyone knows the 90's were the only thing close to the golden era of "classics" such as Tex Avery/Hanna-Barberra of the 50s.
I don't even know what is on these days but I'm sure it sucks.
Johnny Quest FTW!
The original, un-PC version, please.
Sometimes, these things (network re-names) fall through. Sci Fi is still Sci Fi. It never did change to Sy Fy.

It's all been downhill since Scott McCloud, Space Angel.
I'm glad they're changing their name. I took the kids to see Up and there was a 20 minute promo showing all of CN's new programs, most of which are patterned after Survivor or Wife Swap or AFV. I commented to another parent next to me that now we have Cartoon Network that doesn't play cartoons and Music Television which has nothing to do with music.
I only watch Adult Swin sometimes now adays.
That's ludicrous. We should have seen this coming with that abortive attempt back in 06 when Saved by the ing Bell started airing on Adult Swim. Don't get me wrong--I like me some Hot Sundae and Jesse Spano. But I don't want it in between Aqua Teen and Metalocalypse.
Are they going to stop showing Adult Swim cartoons? Venture Brothers is my number one favorite show on tv right now, metalocalypse is also in my top five.
Brah you need to watch you some Superjail.
Superjail is the best show on Cartoon Network right now.![]()
It's like an acid trip in a can. I love it.
, yeah, Superjail!
venture bros is where it's at
the writing, animation, voicing, style, it has it all
I'm going to hire Dana Snyder and make him follow me around making Shake comments all day.
