I made smoothies this morning with milk, berry yogurt, frozen bananas, and Carnation instant breakfast mix. Super yummy. And coffee for me.

Not quite. The 4 eggs, maybe. Not sausage links and bacon strips. Crumbled bacon and sausage (equal to about one link and one strip) in the omelette. Two biscuit halves with some gravy on top.

See my previous post for clarification on the food part. As far as the sugar-free Rockstar, the regular, sugar loaded energy drinks make me ill. I've been drinking "diet" sodas most of my life. Since Diet Pepsi was called Pepsi Light.
And, actually, I've dropped about 30 lbs. in the past 6 months. The big omelette was for the protein. Needs energy for work.
