Disease can be spread through hetero sex too.
If gay couples are married, it stands to reason they would be less promiscuous and less likely to contract and spread disease. A better question would be "Why the should gay marriage not be legal?"

Ignoring the obvious troll; there are no laws against spreading disease on accident.
Also spreading disease would only affect gays unless you are worried that your experimentation might get you tagged. This would actually kill off gays, not the human race, if this unspecified disease did indeed kill.
It seems that would be in your best interest. Your post is filled with contradictions. You suck at trolling, go learn from other people first.
Taking it up the ass is the sex act that primary spreads the deadly diseases, in both men and women. Since that act is hardly limited to sexuals keeping gay marriage illegal or whatever the it is does nothing to limit the spread of diseases among gays or heteros.
And attempting to legislate sodomy is a pretty stupid and invasive law, not to mention futile.
That said, butt ing is pretty nasty anyway...never got the appeal, probably never will.
