Hill will probably be MVP of Summer League. , he was one of our best players during playoffs, he just didnt get PT for some reason (until the end)

I won't be disappointed if Hill doesn't do as well as we hope in summer league; I've seen enough already to know he has talent. It would be really cool though.
I'm certainly going to spend the $15, unless we could do that other thing (assuming it's legal, how would we pay? I'd rather not give out my credit information).
One person would agree to be the treasurer and set up a paypal account. Everyone would contribute to that, and once the account reached $15 (honor system) the treasurer would go ahead and purchase a subscription, post the login info, and done.
IP limit is a possibility though I think.
