We like to occasionally make a whole meal of nachos. Good chips covered in shredded cheddar, little dabs of refried beans (a good lardy kind), some chopped chicken fajita meat, diced tomatoes, slivers of jalapenos, black olives... put it under the broiler for a few minutes... good stuff.

We do that too. Also the rotel, but use HEB brand.

The best nachos in the world are the Pirahna Pale Ale Nachos at BJ's. But I don't mind Taco Cabana for basic bean, cheese, jalapeno nachos. And at TC's happy hour it's half priced nachos and frozen margaritas

I loves me some nachos. Chips, cheese, meat, beans, olives. Broil until the cheese is melted all the way through, add hot sauce, gorge!
