You really think a man can go up to another man in a bar, scream in his face and then throw a beer in his face without physical retribution?
You are basically proving yourself wrong. Because the clip provides entertainment for everyone? Last time I checked men hitting men was a multi-billion dollar industry. You are making no sense.
In all honesty, if one man screams at another man and then throws his drink in that man's face, there is going to be an altercation.
Action is seen as acceptable when any person "steps out of line." It's not a matter of "acting unladylike" or "opening your mouth," its a matter of woman assuming a phyiscally challenging role and provoking men. Whether it be two men, two women, or mixed gender, if you provoke and challenge someone physically then you're responsible for defending yourself.
You can't be the "tough, non-weak equal" and still play the victim.
That being said, women should act with some manner of class and dignity...and aside from being attacked, men should have the self-control to ignore those women who refuse to act with any class.
