No. I still say Twitter and myspace. And, though I have one, I still think facebook is useless, too.

PS I checked my facebook two minutes ago, tweeted 15 minutes ago and myspaced yesterday. I'm a social media . Oh...and my linkedin yesterday too.
But, to be fair...I've had a facebook since may of 2005 (I think) when the people at the facebook office manually entered all the information school by school. And my friends list has remained steady at like 330-350 since graduation. Now I'm just being a grown-up and adding friends and co-workers.

MySpace blows, I hated it. Can't remember the last time I checked it, I should just delete it. Being on a computer all day definitely makes it easier to keep up. Being out of school for the summer, there's really no reason for me to check it.
Everyone I have on myspace I have on facebook. All my messages are "Join my mob!" now. I've thought about it. I keep it just in case I find someone from way back in the past. But otherwise, it's just sitting there collecting dust.
I'm a mega homebody. Unless I see you on a regular basis, work, church, you call me, or we make plans to go out...I don't see you. So facebook and twitter helps me keep in touch with what's going on in people's lives that I would otherwise not know about at all. Marriages, babies, changes at work, etc. Before it was just for trashy pictures and stupid messages. Now it's so much more. It's just interesting to see the evolution of it. I'm such a communications geek.
I think for me that's part of the problem. I tend to be the kind of person that makes a real effort to keep in touch with the people in my life about whom I would want that information, so social networking sites fill a space that I don't need filled -- it's all status updates and gossip about people that I either know well enough to already know that stuff, or about whom I don't care enough to want to know it. As it is, I usually sign on about once a week to go through and take all the silly quizzes and accept all the silly items they've sent me, but I've already talked to all of them on the phone so I don't really need any information outside of that.
