Cant believe this getting no talk here when its getting so much national buzz.

    Read the police report here:

    http://www.thebostonchannel.com/down...0/20120754.pdf

See Obama say the Police acted "stupidly":

    http://www.realclearpolitics.com/vid..._stupidly.html

And then watch Barry try to dance his way out of the question:

    Let's see...

Russia invades Georgia and, as soon as he figures out it wasn't the U. S. State of Georgia, he condemns both countries.

Buddies up to every enemy and tin-horn dictator in the world (as they continue to foment hate towards our country and snicker at his naivetee) while, at the same time, shaming our allies and going on a grand apology tour of the world.

Gets it wrong on Honduras...backing the real dictator (supported by other dictators of the region).

As a Senator, votes in favor of the first bailout and ever other budget-busting piece of legislation that came along, and then, claims to have inherited it.

Realizes National Security is a real of a job for the president and that, lo and behold, much of what President Bush did was a) necessary, b) legitimate, and c) cons utional.

Goes around claiming he has to spend trillions to save the economy.

And, now, he can't even get the simple facts of a local disturbance right before he steps knee-deep in an idiotic position based on his own racial biases (surely learned at the knee of Jeremiah Wright).

I thought he was going to be as bad as Jimmy Carter. I was wrong...he's much much worse.

Fortunately, many Democrats are coming to realize this and, hopefully, his grandest schemes will never see the light of day. Cap and tax and universal health care.

I haven't really been paying attention in here, has he lost any of the SpursTalk loyal yet?

and none of this has anything to do with my fear and hatred of black men.

Obviously a statement based on racial bias.

I'm not even going to try to understand the nuances of this case to determine right and wrong. It could go either way. I think one would have to be there to make an accurate assessment.

Wow. So yea, before reading the report I was pretty disappointed in the stories I heard about the arrest. BUT, the report makes it clear that the professor was antagonistic and there are multiple independent witnesses to corroborate the story.

But with regards to Obama, he probably shouldn't have said what he did, but he did say he wasn't there and didn't know the facts. I came to the same conclusion that the arresting officer(s) acted stupidly. This doesn't change my mind about him in the least bit, still better than McCain.

Whether that means much, well I can't stay.

I wonder if the multiple witnesses were neighbors that didn't like him. Wouldn't it be funny if the partner of the arresting officer asked the crowd if he lived there, and everyone said "I've never seen that man."

The whole incident was recorded by the officer's open mic. I'm betting he's speaking from a position of knowing what the happened at the house.

Professor head is a racist asshole and picked a fight simply because the officer was white. A normal person would have been appreciative of the fact a neighbor called the police because they thought he was being burglarized.

Not this prick. He decided to make it a racial issue and create a disturbance, breach the peace, and break the law by committing disorderly conduct.

In my opinion Obama never had a great host to lose in this forum.

No great optimism for Obama that I can see gets expressed here, or was IMO, except maybe for DarrinS, who's exaggeratedly disappointed, now that his totally unrealistic expectations of Obama have been dashed. For him, the process of disillusionment coincided more or less exactly with Obama's election. As I recall, anyway.

I sense a lot of wary appraisal and disappointment from board libs.

You should encourage this wary appraisal, Yoni, rather than continuing to twit them for being demented cultists.

His hackiness is considerable, but that's no great distinction here.

What sets Yoni apart is his antisocial truculence.

Wait, citizens can't be racist in their own home now?

Not saying whether it's moral/admirable/right to do so... but I'm pretty sure that freedom of speech includes being a head and racist.

Is disorderly conduct now telling an officer to piss off cause he's in your home?

Again, not agreeing with the guy's actions, but I certainly don't think he should have been arrested.

So a cop shows up on your porch and asks you to step outside. Naturally a bootlicker like Yonivore would think you should do so.
