A guy who knows the president yelling "you don't know who you're messing with" at a cop?
I don't believe it.
Did he have probable cause?

The funny thing is people are overlooking that his place has been burglarized before.
Sounds like a threat to be dealt with to me.
Then shouldn't he be happy the officer is trying to protect his home?
Well, he saw a negro in the house, so I guess that was enough here in the US of A.
ROFL. Why thank you officer, for arresting me!
Not probable cause. Get real, act like an idiot, I'll start treating you like one. If that was the probable cause, the police officer should lose his job.
I wanna try yelling "you're arresting me cause I'm hispanic in the USA" one day. I wonder if I'd get the same sympathy.
That dude could have been way more cooperative. He admits his front door doesnt secure because of previous break in and he's pissed that someone calls the cops when he's essentially breaking in to his own house? The nerve of that cop to question him. Provide ID, stop yelling over a cop, and send his ass away.
I think it was a mistake for the Police to drop the charges. Based on all reports, he was clearly belligerent, uncooperative, antagonistic and purposely being an ass. Sounds like he thinks a bit too highly of himself, and too little of white law enforcement officers.
Fate has a way of making real irony. I wouldn't be surprised if someone now breaks into his house while he's away, someone reports it, but because of this incident, they don't respond!
Wouldn't that be funny?
So ing what? Do you lose your cons utional rights just because some cop shows up at your door?
Now our rights are at the mercy of the sympathy of the police. What a weak ing people we have become.
He lost his cons utional rights? Really? Did you even read that report? I'm not seeing the connection you're trying to make here between our rights being at the mercy of an officer and providing some ID and cooperating. Yelling over someone always solves problems right? Yeah I see that all the time in the classroom and I'm sure this professor does too. As a matter of fact I encourage students to yell to ease any type of confrontation.
I tell the kids I teach all the time that if you're gonna act like a smart ass idiot when a cop questions you, you probably deserve to be arrested.
May as well not have law enforcement if you're not going to let them do they job.
You're missing the point that there was a call to the police reporting a burglary. Perfect answer for an anarchist I guess.
Yes, I read the report. You just said our rights are at the mercy of a cop if we chose to not lick their boots. that. Your at ude would be welcome in Venezuela or Russia.
LOL. So because someone who is mistaken calls the cops then our Cons utional rights evaporate? Get the out of here Islamic Jihad.
Holy , you teach kids that they need to do whatever cops tell them to? I guess that makes sense, a state ins ution instilling a sense of fear and servitude to the state.
Yeah, that's what I said word for word. The point had nothing to do with teaching them to act like a decent human being towards someone. Yes, even if he's a big bad white man. Yelling over people can only lead to good things, right? Get outta here with that weak .
I forget how anti-establishment/ins ution/corperation and now state, people can be.
Marcus Bryant is the only one here who can claim to be a libertarian now.
Wild Cobra and Yoni failed miserably because they are too busy being white.
Hey, we're all just "people" here. Yeah, that's it. Nevermind that one is an agent of the state. Suffer the children.
did i say something that hit a nerve?
do you have a relationship with another poster....in this thread?
why do you hate re ed people?
can you think of any re ed people that have been exploited in the last 7 months?
come on, bender, answer the question.
I am glad I would receive that in your classroom.
hey chuck, that sounds a bit subservient.
